Salem Park Phase IB

Phase IB will consist of 46 single family homesites (8,000-12,000 square foot lots) placed in a beautiful setting that overlooks a lake. The Mill Road entry will feature a border trail with a re-circulating water fall and pond.


This park like community will be laced together with pedestrian trails and "island parks" that bring neighbors together and bind communities. There will be a tot lot and playground nearby along with a pavillion, picnic tables and BBQ pits.
