Phase IC
This phase is located on the Northwestern corner of the site and consists of 27 single family patio homes (average 7,000 square foot lots). It is attractive to those that want the solitude of a single family home without the responsibilities of the day-to-day maintenance.

Salem Park's separate communities will all be connected through a park and trail plan proposed to be the beginning of the Salem Parkway Trail System (SPTS). There will also be a wetland habitat preservation area with migratory bird viewing platforms.

The SPTS is planned to link the northern valley areas of Salem Park with the Salem Ponds, the new High School, and numberous other public facilities and parks that will be located throughout the series of it's primary trails.
