Salem Capital LLC purchased the Salem Park property in 2006. The original basis for the planned park like community, laced together with pedestrian trails and "island parks" originated from the roots of one of the managing entity's (CW Management Corp.) current projects... Spring View Farms.

As CW has matured and developed property over the past two decades here in Utah, it has found that development is not just about streets, it is about lifestyle. People want to be in a community that has more than just a sidewalk! That's why CW managed projects include unique neighborhood entrances (usually with a water feature), trails, parks and other community based amenities. CW is the project manager for Salem Park and will coordinate the overall entitlements, off-site development activities, most of the park/trail improvements and assist in marketing and other project related tasks if needed by the builders.

CW Management's motto has been a simple one over the past several years: Make the builders look good and help them in becoming and staying profitable - that way we build relationships that will last a lifetime. To that end, some of our builders have been working with CW since 1979 and remain friends to this day.
